Every designer must become an FNTV ULTIMATE Member to participate. If designer enters by utilizing another members FNTV Ultimate Membership, HOAMLTD,LLC will disqualify BOTH designers. Each collection must be submitted by July 1, 2023. Any entry submitted after July 1, 2023 is automatically disqualified. Every collection must be unique to the designer and not a collection from designers past work. Any design deemed a copy, or replica or 2nd from a previous collection, is an automatic disqualification of said designer. The Designer Debut Competition must cohort a minimum of 1,500 entries. IF less than 1,500 entries, HOAMLTD,LLC reserves the right to postpone the Designer Debut Competition. Upon exercising the right to postpone current, September 2023 NYFW Designer Debut Competition, any contestant can re-enter the next Designer Debut Competition, at NO extra membership cost. HOAMLTD,LLC continues to reserve parent company authority in all and every aspect of The Designer Debut Competition. This includes but is not limited to postponing competition for any and all reasons that are deemed appropriate by HOAMLTD,LLC Board Of Directors. If any designer is disqualified, said designer will receive a disqualification notification within their FNTV Ultimate Member Portal, along with an email from President of The Fashion Network, FNTV Annie Rigsby. If the  September 2023 Designer Debut Competition is postponed for any reason, all contestants will be notified through their Member Portal, along with an email direct from President of The Fashion Network, FNTV, Annie Rigsby.
